YOU ARE:

We are seeking a Test & Validation Technician who is passionate about technology and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic R&D team dedicated to developing high-speed SerDes PHYs. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in a lab environment, who possesses a strong technical background and an eye for detail. You are someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and has excellent organizational skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial. You are familiar with using PCB soldering tools and have a college diploma in electronics. Additionally, you have the capability to proficiently use Microsoft Office software tools. Experience with lab equipment and software programming (Matlab or Python) is a plus. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be vital in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Performing PCB soldering and reworks
  • Maintaining lab equipment in a safe, clean, orderly, and operational manner
  • Assembling equipment according to detailed plans
  • Ensuring equipment calibration is up-to-date
  • Coordinating shipping, purchasing, and receiving of equipment/lab supplies
  • Using diagnostic equipment to test high-speed analog integrated circuits on various platforms
