The company SCHMID Energy Systems is looking for an Laboratory technician VRFB as soon as possible - we are looking forward to your application!

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Messungen und Testaufbauten im Labor nach Vorgabe
• Untersuchung und Evaluierung von Redox-Flow-Batterien – beginnend mit Zellen im Labor bis hin zu Prototypen
• Durchführung von elektrischen und physikalischen Messungen bei Erstbemusterungen und wiederkehrenden Untersuchungen.
• Entwicklung von neuartigen analytischen Verfahren.
• Betreuung des zugewiesenen Messequipments im Labor
• Statusbericht und Präsentation von Ergebnissen in regelmäßigen Meetings mit dem Teamleiter der R&D / Direktor R&D und Vice President
• Erfassung und Bestellung von Materialien für das Labor und Teststände
• Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Vorschriften, um das Qualitätsmanagementsystem zu unterstützen

Tasks

• Development of new analytical methods
• Supervision of the assigned measuring equipment in the laboratory
• Status report and presentation of results in regular meetings with the R&D team leader / R&D Director and Vice President
• Recording and ordering materials for the laboratory and test stands
• Creation of specifications and regulations to support the quality management system

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Physiklaboranten/Chemielaboranten oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung bei der eigenständigen Durchführung von Testaufbauten und Messungen
• Erfahren im Umgang mit chemischen Gefahrstoffen
• Erfahrung im Rapid Prototyping (Fräsen, Drucken) im Labormaßstab

Requirements

• Completed training as a physics laboratory technician/chemistry laboratory technician or comparable qualification
• Experience in carrying out test setups and measurements independently
• Experienced in handling hazardous chemical substances
• Experience in rapid prototyping (milling, printing) on a laboratory scale
