A Brand Builders LTD is a small business in Newmarket.
I am looking for a reliable labourer to work along side our team members assisting with various tasks.
Our work consists of small renovation projects and maintenance work at a nearby science park.
Most important requirements are reliability and willingness to learn.
I am offering the opportunity to learn and take on more than just labourer tasks if the applicant is keen to learn and work hard, the ability to do more than just labour will obviously be reflected in hourly rate.
This is a SUB CONTRACTOR position
Pay is on a monthly basis
Duties:
- Perform various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is a plus
- Must be reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
