As a Laborer, you will be responsible for helping other team members with fabrication and welding, operating machinery, deliveries, and maintenance & shop chores. Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To: Clean and maintain a safe work environment Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards Meet quality expectations for all output produced Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending Willing to learn how to use grinders, cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other tools Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Additional duties and/or projects may be assigned Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing Forklift & Crane experience a plus Requirements: · Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time · Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions · Able to follow all safety procedures
