We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, utilizing various tools and machinery to ensure high-quality output. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Knowledge of various equipment for manufacturing processes, specifically equipment in the manufacturing and finishing of wood products.
• Familiarity with machining techniques, including milling and turning.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Ability to work effectively and safely with hand tools and power tools in a construction or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of the effective use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment necessary for activities assigned.
• Ability to perform required work in a timely manner and in coordination with other employees.

• Provide support for log and timber Cutline supervisors as assigned by Production Manager.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the manufacturing plant.
• Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.
• Perform tasks using various hand and power tools to achieve precise results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
