Job Description Construction Laborer perform tasks involving manual labor on construction sites. Some duties include fusing HDPE pipe, running an excavator, driving a haul truck, checking grade, and any other manual labor as needed. Requirements Must be 19 years of age or older. Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing. Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels. Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist. Ability to carry 50+ lbs. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery. The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable. Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
