Description NOW HIRING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY! STARTING PAY OF $19.00 -$21.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! Real Green is hiring a Laborer to join our! This is not a warehouse or construction-related role, but a hands-on position assisting with Lawn Care. As a Laborer, you will work outdoors, support crew members, and operate equipment to complete various Lawn Care tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Assist with Top Dressing services for our customers Ensure job site safety by following company policies and industry standards. Support Lawn Care technicians as needed. Load and unload materials and tools for daily operations. Perform general laborer duties, including raking, lifting, and hauling debris. Requirements Previous experience as a Laborer in tree service, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Valid driver’s license preferred.
