Description Starting Pay: $18.50/hr+ (Based on Experience) Andy's Sprinklers & Drainage Andy's Sprinklers & Drainage is seeking motivated Irrigation Laborers to join our outdoor services team. This is a hands-on, physically active role working directly on irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and job site support. This is not a warehouse or construction position—it's an outdoor field role assisting with irrigation tasks, system repairs, and daily crew operations. Responsibilities • Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, adjustments, and general maintenance. • Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as shovels, trenchers, pipe cutters, and hand tools. • Support crew leaders with digging, trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and job site cleanup. • Ensure job site safety by following company procedures and industry standards. • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for daily operations. • Perform general labor duties including lifting, hauling, raking, and debris removal. Qualifications • Previous experience in irrigation, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred. • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability. • Willingness to learn irrigation techniques and follow safety procedures. • Valid driver’s license preferred.
