OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations at our customer sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous experience in landscaping, paving, construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at work.
• Ability to speak Ukrainian is a benefit.

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for various tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to job responsibilities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site.
• Outdoor labour.
