Description

We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our team at Spartan Ram Jacks! We specialize in Foundation repair including- crack injections, installing piers, and anchors as well as water management- sump pumps, GEO systems, etc. Duties and Responsibilities: -Showing up on time -Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner -Cleaning and preparing construction sites -Loading and unloading materials and equipment. -Digging, backfilling, installing material -Following instructions from supervisors -Other duties as assigned Requirements: -Must have a valid driver's license -Be at least 18 years of age -Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks -Ability to work in all weather -Workers must be punctual and reliable -Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required -Must be able to pass a background check Benefits: -Starting salary is dependent on prior experience. -Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production -90-day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance -Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, 401K -Paid holidays & paid time off -Room for growth within company -Monday - Friday
