Ausbildung, Erfahrung und Qualifikationen Eine Ausbildung als Labor-Techniker ist bevorzugt. Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Chemie oder einer relevanten angewandten Wissenschaft wird ebenfalls in Betracht gezogen. Erfahrung mit polyurethanbasierten Technologien und Klebstoffen ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse der Automobilindustrie sind ein Plus. Praktische Laborkenntnisse kombiniert mit hohem Engagement sind unerlässlich. Effektive mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit, klare und überzeugende Präsentationen zu halten. Starke Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise. Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team als auch unabhängig mit minimaler Aufsicht gut zu arbeiten. Ein fester Einsatz für Sicherheitswerte und -praktiken, einschließlich Risikoanalysen und Arbeitssicherheitsanalysen.
