REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience within labour and employment law
• Experience advising clients with respect to labour and employment matters
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Confidence in engaging and interacting with clients
• Exceptional work ethic and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
