About the Role You’ll plan and schedule Electrical testing and remedials across the UK, coordinating a team of Electricians to deliver work safely, on time, and to standard. Every day is varied, with problem-solving, team management, and opportunities to make a real impact on the business. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the key link between clients, engineers, and the wider business to keep projects running smoothly. Plan and schedule work nationwide, ensuring engineers are fully equipped, trained, and supported. Monitor job completion, paperwork, invoicing, and reporting to keep operations on track. Drive team performance and support management in achieving KPIs and strong service delivery.
