We’re looking for a Labour Relations Manager who’s ready to take negotiations, strategy, and collaboration to the next level. Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll lead collective bargaining using our innovative Shared Table approach. You’ll be the go-to expert for grievance management, arbitration presentations, and LR capability-building. You’ll work closely with operations and HR to align labour strategies with business goals—because here, LR isn’t just compliance, it’s a competitive advantage. What You’ll Be Doing Drive bargaining strategies that balance operational needs and employee engagement. Act as lead spokesperson in negotiations and provide trusted guidance to leaders. Manage the grievance program with precision and efficiency. Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable. Qualifications What We're Looking For Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field.. 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience. Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
