LABOURER WANTED – SELF-EMPLOYED (CIS REGISTERED)

360 Building Solutions is a family-run company specialising in ceilings, partitions, and bespoke interiors, mainly operating across South West England and due to a steady flow of work, we’re looking for reliable, self-employed labourers to join our growing team.
We have immediate work available in Devon and Somerset on two new commercial projects, with ongoing jobs across the South West. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary
• Manage and handle deliveries on site
• Support with general site tasks as needed
