EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery or tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
