REQUIREMENTS

• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Mandatory
• Previous experience in civil construction, labouring or similar roles
• Physically fit and reliable
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• NSW Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Basic understanding of site safety and tools
• Advantageous: plant or machinery tickets (e.g. excavator, roller), traffic control ticket

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and physically capable Labourer to join our dynamic site crew. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with civil construction experience who is looking to develop further within the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with civil construction tasks including excavation, concreting, and pipe laying
• Operate hand and power tools
• Support the site team with setup, maintenance, and clean-up of work areas
• Follow direction from site supervisors and engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project specifications
• Carry out manual handling and physical labour duties as required
• Assist in interpreting plans and measurements under supervision
