As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and contribute building communities in Ottawa. The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

• Perform debris sweeping, scraping, and debulking of units
• Open and close homes for trade access, ensuring windows are secured daily
• Coordinate winter protection for concrete pours and frost prevention and collaborate on winter heat program setup
• Assist builders as requested by the Project Manager
• Handle exterior garbage collection
• Manage house-specific paperwork placement
• Install and secure floor protection
• Execute safety rail installation and removal
• Conduct concrete repairs and pressure washing as needed
• Ensure compliance with Frame and Occupancy Inspections by the City
• Organize and update task lists regularly
• Perform additional duties as required
