We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full driving licence is required, company vehicle will be provided for day to day duties.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with construction or industrial environments is beneficial
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual work
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving items as required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions
