REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in waste, construction, or yard work (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Good communication skills and a reliable, proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work across both yard and driving duties as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a dual role covering yard work and cage van driving. You will split your time between maintaining the skip yard and carrying out waste collection runs in our caged van.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.

YARD DUTIES:

• Loading, unloading, and sorting waste materials
• Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe
• Assisting with skip movements and general yard operations
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

DRIVING DUTIES:

• Driving a 3.5t cage van to collect waste from customer sites
• Safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials
• Delivering excellent customer service on collections
• Completing basic vehicle checks and reporting any defects
