We’re looking for Driver/Labourers who can combine safe, skilled vehicle operation with hands-on labour for rail and civil projects across the Fraser Valley and beyond..

• Operate Vehicles & Equipment: Safely operate boom trucks, cranes, and dump trucks (including rotary dump), tow flat deck trailers, and haul heavy equipment
• Material Handling: Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with precision
• Site Work: Assist with site preparation, excavation support, material movement, and equipment operation
• Tool Use: Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Labour Duties: Perform physical labour tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and site safety protocols, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Project Support: Work alongside experienced tradespeople to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Maintenance & Record-Keeping: Perform basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and keep accurate logs
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with foremen and supervisors, and submit daily hours as required
