JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks across different projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities
• A valid driver’s licence is a plus but not mandatory

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
• Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly
