JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support operations at Oakwood Cooperage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Good numeracy skills for counting casks and understanding of different cask types/names of whisky
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks, and operate hand tools and power equipment as required
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members as well as initiative to work by yourself to complete assigned tasks efficiently
