We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Recycling Transfer Station Labourer at our Milner Recycling location in Nanaimo. QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES:

• Proven ability to work safely and promote a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Valid British Columbia Class 5 Drivers license (preferred)
• Point of Sale (POS) system or Scale experience is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skid Steer experience is an asset.
• Ability to work outside in all weather.
• Push, pull, lift up to 23kg (50lbs)
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to stand, walk on varied terrain.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stretch.
• Weekend availability preferred.
