Sunshine Coast Rendering is a local business specialising in the delivery of quality cement rendering and solid plastering services to residential homes both new and old. We pride ourselves on delivering quality finishes within reliable time schedules for incredible value.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a labourer to join our existing team of render applicators.
Although no rendering experience is required, some onsite construction or labouring experience would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be reliable, with an interest in learning the solid plastering trade. There will be the opportunity to acquire trade certification through your onsite learning: AQF Certificate III in Solid Plastering.
The Applicant must have their Australian Drivers Licence, a reliable means of transport and be well presented. A construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) will also be required.

Position Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting all aspects of render labouring and application, including taping and protecting surfaces, preparing job sites, mixing and moving product, applying and finishing the coating system.
• Daily tasks involve repetitive tasks and heavy lifting, so a base level of fitness is required
• Willing and able to take instruction and perform in a team environment
• Operate small hand and power tools to assist with a variety of work-site related projects
• Safely load and unload project materials
• Promote a safe work environment and communicate hazards

While this is a casual position offering an attractive hourly rate of $33.51 p/h; the position offers full time hours with the ability to structure your remuneration to suit your situation (full time or casual).
