Job Description We’re looking for a Labourer / Traffic Controller (TMO) to join our team based in Te Kuiti. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll support day-to-day site operations and ensure traffic management plans are followed to keep both the public and crew safe. Key responsibilities include: Implementing and maintaining compliant Traffic Management Plans Providing traffic control as required General labouring duties including pothole repairs, sign maintenance and site clean-up Assisting with civil construction, drainage and water works Safe operation and care of vehicles, plant and equipment Maintaining high standards of health & safety and workmanship Communicating progress and issues to Supervisors Qualifications You’re reliable, safety-focused and enjoy working as part of a crew. You take pride in your work, follow instructions well, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
