Must be able to work in confined spaces, while adhering to our safety standards Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients when required. Must be physically able to perform the duties of a General Laborer Majority of the work duties are completed outdoors year round. Generally be able to complete the work assigned without assistance. Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times. Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and clean driving record. Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers Possess a good attitude and work well with other company employees, management and provide excellent customer service. Must also be self-motivated. Travel will be required. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
