REQUIREMENTS

Must hold a full UK driving licence
Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
Driving for at least 2 years minimum
Comfortable working at height and on ladders
Experience in construction or labouring
UTR number (CIS registered)
Willingness to learn and progress

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Labourer to support our roofing teams. This is more than just a labouring role , it’s a genuine opportunity to train, develop, and build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting roofers with tools, materials, and site preparation
• Driving company vehicles to and from sites (when required)
• Keeping work areas tidy and safe
• Learning roofing skills and supporting the team on various projects
