Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (LADC II) for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide outpatient substance use counseling and behavioral health services for adults within an integrated community health setting. Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, individual counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination. Treat patients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health conditions using evidence-based practices. Collaborate closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, psychiatric providers, and case management teams. Maintain a structured outpatient caseload of up to 28 patient visits per week with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule. Complete timely documentation utilizing the organization's electronic medical record system. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary of $86,361.60. Health insurance with low employee-cost options. Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
