SKILLS

• Proficient in retail sales techniques, including upselling and merchandising strategies.
• Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of basic math principles for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous for understanding product offerings.

• Maintain accurate stock levels through effective stocking practices and inventory management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing sales transactions and managing customer accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
