The Role: We’re looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to support the smooth running of our daily warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in stock movement, dispatch preparation, and maintaining an organised and efficient workspace. Whether you’re just starting out or taking on greater responsibilities, you’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Tasks Operational Support: Perform BAU tasks, including returns, dispatch, and stock movements. Warehouse Organisation: Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation to maintain an efficient workspace. Bike Preparation: Assist mechanics by preparing bikes for service. Stock Management: Support stock receiving, tracking, and inventory counts. Process Adherence: Accurately follow warehouse workflows and company standards. Requirements Executes tasks efficiently and accurately. Demonstrates ownership and accountability in daily responsibilities. Collaborates effectively within the warehouse and workshop teams. Contributes to process improvement initiatives. Key Competencies: Organisation & Efficiency – Keeps stock, dispatch, and workflow running smoothly. Collaboration & Communication – Works closely with warehouse and workshop teams. Problem-Solving – Helps improve processes and resolve issues.
