Position Summary: Located in Tahoe Vista. Customer-facing food service role in which the primary responsibility is to serve ice cream and related desserts while maintaining a friendly, efficient, and professional service environment. The job requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Job Tasks include but are not limited to: Completing opening and closing duties timely and thoroughly Provide service that is detailed, attentive and efficient Checking accuracy and quality of food delivered Sufficient knowledge of food menu and food allergies Using proper serving techniques Present on the floor during hours of food service Support the team Ability to multitask while working efficiently and fast-paced Attention to detail: lights, thoroughness, cleanliness, safety, etc. Provide warm hospitality, professional advice and assistance to all patrons Be informed Keep customer satisfaction in mind when making all decisions Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Martis Camp standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the Club Comply at all times with Martis Camp standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Club operations Perform other duties as required by your manager Requirements: Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be open to occasional overtime in peak periods Must be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours at a time and 8-10 hours total per shift Must be able to safely carry up to 30lbs Must be able to repeatedly reach/bend/kneel/pull/push to assist with product storage, cleaning duties and food and beverage maintenance WAGE RANGE: $18 per hour Martis Camp Club is an equal-opportunity employer
