Description

Essential Duties Provide water safety supervision for adults, youth, and children during all activities. Develop and implement water recreation lesson plans and activities for children while maintaining active water safety supervision. Serve as a deckhand and equipment handler, supporting safe vessel operations and activity setup. Instruct and guide guests in various water sports and recreational activities for all age groups. Demonstrate skill in activities such as, but not limited to: wakeboarding, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), paddling, foiling, and other water-based sports. Deliver white-glove professional service while maintaining a welcoming, relaxed, and natural environment for guests. Follow established team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure equipment readiness and operational standards for daily activities. Equipment & Operational Readiness Prepare, assemble, install, and stage equipment to support daily operations and guest activities. Maintain and administer the safe use of water sports equipment and vessels. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure all gear remains in excellent working condition. Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and operational integrity of equipment, vessels, and vehicles. Support ongoing maintenance projects, including gear upkeep and equipment assembly. Prepare, clean, assemble, and break down equipment pre-season, during season, and post-season. Documentation & Communication Standards Accurately complete daily operational logs and required documentation. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational standards. Maintain prompt, clear, and professional communication with team members and during all client-facing interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by the Water Safety & Activities Manager or Team Leads.
