Description Enjoy working outdoors on the water? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Lakefront Maintenance Attendant and help maintain our marina, beach, and shoreline areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, boating, and keeping outdoor spaces clean and safe for guests. Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Department: Grounds / Maintenance What You’ll Do Maintain cleanliness and safety of marina, piers, beach, and shoreline areas Install, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipment Perform minor repairs (tightening hardware, replacing boards, reporting damage) Clean piers daily from the Lake House to the Marina Operate or assist with weed harvesting equipment to remove debris and aquatic weeds Rake and maintain the beach for a clean, guest-friendly environment Collect, transport, and dispose of debris and weeds Track daily work, including weed removal and fuel usage Support general maintenance projects when lakefront activity is low Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license required Prior boating experience preferred (launching, loading/unloading, operating equipment) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Safety-focused and detail-oriented Work Environment & Physical Requirements Outdoor, physically demanding role Exposure to sun, heat, water, and changing weather conditions Frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor Work near and on water, including use of equipment and small watercraft About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for its beautiful waterfront and exceptional guest experiences.
