Job Details Job Location: Resch Complex - On-Site - Green Bay, WI 54304 Position Type: Part Time Department: Stadium Operations Reports to: Parking Coordinator Supervises Others: No DOL Status: Part-Time Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, and implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees. Job Duties: Responsible for collecting parking fees. Greets patrons and directs them to a designated parking site. Serves as a resource to guests regarding the facility and its events including, but not limited to, restroom locations, courtesy telephones, first aid stations and elevator locations, future event information, office locations and seating capacity for the event. Maintains proper image and generates positive public relations through effective, results-oriented communication with patrons and employees. Attempts to resolve parking problems or complaints that occur in assigned area in a professional and courteous manner. Required to respond to and take instruction from designated Parking Coordinator and Security personnel in any given situation. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount. Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons, as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information. Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner. Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues. Ability to be always responsive to customer needs and to portray a positive image of the Company. Ability to workdays, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as dictated by Lambeau Field schedule. Must be able to work most Lambeau Field scheduled events. Ability to remain standing and stationary. Must be able to assess parking availability and observe/recognize safe practices. Must be able to dress appropriately and wear non-slip footwear to accommodate snowy, winter conditions. Must be available to report five hours and fifteen minutes prior to kickoff. Requires prolonged standing and/or walking for the entire 5–10-hour shift. Requires normal range of hearing to communicate with patrons and employees. Requires range of vision correctable to 20/20 to read tickets and oversee crowds. Occasionally may have to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent exposure to large crowds, loud noise and extreme weather conditions, heat and cold. Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions. Must have a long attention span to listen to people and bring issues to a successful conclusion. Works outside in a stadium/arena parking environment and is continually exposed to weather conditions and temperature extremes.
