WHAT YOU’LL BRING Deep, hands-on expertise in complex composite laminating; you know your materials, your processes and your craft inside out, and you can coach others to the same elite standard. Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performance manufacturing team where speed, precision and zero defects are the only acceptable outcome. A qualification or completed apprenticeship in composite engineering or a related discipline; you know your foundations are solid. Sharp communication skills and the natural authority to keep a team locked onto targets when the heat is on and the schedule won’t move. A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to push for world-class standards and not because you’re told to, but because second best simply isn’t in your vocabulary. The grid doesn’t wait.
