Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402 Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM Pay: $16–$20/hr (based on experience) + $0.75/hr shift differential About the Role Join our team as a Lamination Material Handler and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You’ll handle materials, operate forklifts, and assist with machine setup while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do Safety & Team Coordination: Prioritize personal and team safety at all times. Stop work if unsafe conditions are observed. Participate in daily team huddles and stretches. Material Handling: Stack and palletize materials. Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products. Machine Operations: Set up and visually inspect machines at the start of each shift. Work with materials and machines following standard procedures. Training & Cross-Training: Take part in regular training sessions. Cross-train team members to build versatility. What We’re Looking For High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience. Ability and willingness to learn and operate various machines. Must be able to safely operate a forklift.
