REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience:
  • Five (5) years of progressive LAN experience including:
  • Two projects in network and telecom services technical areas
  • At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
  • Certifications:
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (One of the Following):
  • CCNA Security
  • CySA+

ESE

  • Clearance:
  • Must possess a Secret (Sensitivity Level: IT-I – Critical Sensitive) clearance

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and support regional contract network engineers within assigned geographic region.
  • Coordinate with DLA J6, government POCs, and vendors to ensure consistent and effective LAN operations.
  • Provide input into LAN architecture and designs, including equipment lifecycle planning and procurement specs.
  • Assist with equipment installation, cabling, and placement activities.
  • Perform lab testing of LAN hardware and technologies.
  • Track assigned projects and provide regular updates to the TOPM and government stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings to provide status updates and technical guidance on LAN-related projects.
  • Oversee and ensure timely tasking, tracking, and resolution of projects, tickets, and assignments.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to DLA government staff.
