Lanai Air is a critical component to the delivery of “high quality-high touch” consistent service experience to every guest traveling.  Lanai Air is responsible for providing a seamless “point to point” delivery between the Hawaiian islands. The Lead Guest Service Screening Agent is responsible for the day-to-day activities and assignments of the Guest Service Screening Agents.  They are also the required Twelve Five Standard Screening Program (TFSSP) Screening Supervisor on duty overseeing the staff, and equipment at each screening location while serving as the primary liaison to the Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and LEO.
