Our assistants are integral to hospital flow and patient care. They are respected across all departments and work closely alongside technicians and specialists to support high-quality medicine. This position is ideal for someone who: Is proactive and self-motivated Thrives in a structured, fast-paced specialty environment Takes pride in attention to detail Values teamwork and professionalism Key Responsibilities Safely handle and restrain patients Assist technicians and specialists with treatments and procedures Perform in-house laboratory work Prepare and maintain treatment and procedure areas Clean and sterilize surgical instruments Organize and restock supplies Support hospital cleanliness and daily maintenance Assist the front desk team when needed Schedule Daytime to early evening shifts Monday through Friday No weekends No holidays What We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary assistant experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Specialty experience is not required — we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to grow.
