Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Land Access Manager, the Land Access Administrator will support the successful delivery of land access approvals and stakeholder engagement activities. You will play a key role in producing accurate documentation, maintaining data records, and providing responsive administrative support to the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support for land access approvals, stakeholder engagement, and statutory documentation
  • Manage high-volume data entry across multiple systems and platforms
  • Prepare notifications, reports, letters, and other key documentation
  • Conduct HEC Searches and assist with LASA deliverables for clients
  • Maintain accurate project records in line with document control procedures
  • Provide regular workload updates to the team and management
  • Support internal and external stakeholders through excellent customer service
  • Help ensure compliance with the Telecommunications Act 1997 and associated codes

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within telecommunications or a similar infrastructure environment
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • An understanding of telecommunications processes, HSEQ standards, and regulatory obligations is highly desirabl
