Exhibit solid attention to detail. These skills will be used to: Support the day-to-day activities of a Land Acquisition Manager or Vice President. Job responsibilities include data collection and entry, data tracking and scrubbing, researching parcels for relevant zoning, utilities, environmental, topography or other factors that could prohibit or impact residential development. The position includes a mix of in office and out of office responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields. Must be a self-starter and a driven individual. Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
