As Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Western Washington and Portland Metro region (Bellingham to Eugene), you will have full autonomy to drive the identification and acquisition of land with single-family residential development potential. This role is crafted for a self-driven dealmaker who excels at sourcing and securing land opportunities. You’ll harness Endura Development’s robust resources, including capital, market analysis, project management, entitlement expertise, marketing, disposition, and a streamlined sales process, allowing you to focus on what you do best—finding and closing high-value land deals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (EXPECTED PROFICIENCIES)

  • Industry Expertise – Direct experience working for a homebuilder or land developer (not as a consultant, broker, or independent contractor).
  • Proven Track Record – At least 5 years of experience in single-family residential land acquisition with a demonstrated history of successful land purchases.
  • Regional Market Knowledge – Deep understanding of land opportunities in Western Washington, from Bellingham to Portland, with established industry relationships.
  • Business Development & Negotiation – Skilled in cultivating relationships and structuring deals to maximize returns.
  • Self-Motivation – Independent, proactive, and able to operate autonomously while utilizing Endura’s support and resources.
  • Results-Driven – Thrives in a dynamic, high-output environment, managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Strategic & Tactical – Combines big-picture vision with hands-on execution to drive deals to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & Own Your Pipeline – Identify and acquire high-potential land opportunities in Western Washington & Portland Metro that align with Endura’s growth objectives.
  • Regional Leadership – Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and local municipalities to uncover off-market opportunities in the I-5 corridor.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring – Spearhead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for Endura Development while win-win agreements.
  • Collaboration & Execution – Partner with Endura’s internal teams to transform acquired land into profitable projects, leveraging our expertise in development and sales.
