POSITION OVERVIEW

The Land Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring land for residential development projects. This role involves assessing potential sites, negotiating purchases, and managing the due diligence process to ensure successful acquisitions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction and development processes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and feasibility studies.
• Proficient in real estate analysis tools and software.
