Based between Camberley and Guildford
Kullars LTD is a well-established property development company with a consistent track record of delivering successful residential schemes across the South East. We are currently looking to appoint a Trainee Land Buyer to support our ongoing acquisition efforts.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial awareness, confidence in communication, and a genuine interest in land and property development. The successful candidate will work directly with the senior team and gain exposure to all aspects of the land acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and sourcing potential development opportunities
  • Conducting initial viability assessments and running financial appraisals
  • Liaising with estate agents, commercial agents, landowners, and other stakeholders
  • Attending site viewings and preparing reports on potential acquisitions
  • Assisting in negotiations and due diligence processes

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong interest in property and development
  • Numerate, with the ability to understand financial appraisals (training provided)
  • Professional manner and confident communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing opportunities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Based within easy reach of Camberley and Guildford

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a successful development business and gain first-hand experience in land acquisition and property development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
