We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EIT to join its collaborative and dynamic Land Development team in Houston, TX. You will serve a key role by assisting our team of engineers in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks through the design and development of land projects, including site grading, drainage, roadway and utility infrastructure, and site plan layouts. In this role, you will work under the guidance of licensed professional engineers, providing you with the necessary skills and opportunities to grow in your career. Key Responsibilities Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other design and production tools to assist with design, production, and project administration for subdivisions, commercial developments, multi-family developments, private development projects, and/or public works projects. Be a dependable team member, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of clients. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Have regular check-ins with your manager and engineering mentors to pinpoint areas of strength and growth opportunities. Requirements Must have an active EIT certification. Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil3D. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and be able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks Maintain a professional appearance and behavior Attentive and approachable.
