Detroit engineering firm is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer for their growing office! Responsibilities: Lead project team in preparation of project drawings, calculations, and specification Prepare engineering analysis, design, calculations, and reports Evaluate land use/zoning requirements Prepare permit applications, work through agency review processes, and obtain approvals Site visits during construction phase Work as part of team multi-discipline team Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: Must be an engineer or designer with experience in land development projects, sustainable design, utility design, and stormwater management design 3+ years of design experience on land development projects Experience with K-12 site design preferred Familiarity with zoning ordinances/site plan approval processes Proficient in Civil 3D and Office 360 products Salary is commensurate with experience.
