WHAT EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES DO WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

• At least 1 year of Sales experience.*
• Being a licensed real estate agent or broker is preferred, but not mandatory.*

  Duties:

THE ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Finding & filtering for potential investment opportunities.*
• Analyzing real estate deals by determining the future sales price of a property, the estimated repairs needed, and the ideal purchase price using proven tools & formulas to determine profitability.*
• Speaking to, building rapport, & developing relationships with motivated sellers (and landowners) over the phone and by text to get the properties under contract.*
