Description Put your leasing or real estate experience to work in a different and exciting industry! Help our company grow one land lease at a time in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. This position, Land Lease Representative, handles all functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. Responsibilities include finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel is required occasionally. Salary based on experience + competitive bonus package, Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO. Essential Job Functions and Tasks · Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases · Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites · Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations · Apply for permits at the local and state level · Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed · Assist with acquisitions as needed Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) is required plus one to three years of outdoor advertising or real estate experience; including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate knowledge and skill of: · Microsoft Windows environment. · Internet browsers. · Outlook · Google Earth Must possess great attention to detail, strong organization skills, and strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills. Customer Service skills. Ability to: · handle multiple projects at once · meet tight deadlines under pressure · manage heavy inbox workload efficiently · work independently and as part of a team · follow instructions · Travel, with overnight stays, throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana
Responsibilities
