What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Lead and supervise land management operations across designated Defence estates. * Coordinate vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, and pest management activities. * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards. * Manage contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of services. * Support planning and reporting functions related to land upkeep. What You’ll Bring * Experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services. * Strong leadership and team coordination skills. * Knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements. * Ability to manage contractors and deliver outcomes within budget and timeframes. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
